Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible of receiving goods by emailing or calling us on 1300 135 475 so that we can resolve any problems.
We do not accept refunds or returns after shipment unless required by law or agreed by Kebet Corrugated Cartons. If you purchased our stock products on our website you may change or cancel your order (provided it has not been shipped yet) by replying to your order confirmation or calling us on 1300 135 475 as soon as possible. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition or in a condition deemed resalable by Kebet Corrugated Cartons. If in doubt, please contact us. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit &; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Kebet Corrugated Cartons will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
You may want to get a sample to ensure the product is right for your needs.
How do I get a sample?
For Stock Items:
1. Locate the item on our website and click to view the product’s detail.
2. On the product’s page there is a tab below called ‘Product Enquiry’. Click on that tab and fill in the form. Tick the checkbox to request a sample and press the ‘Submit’ button when you are finished.
3. We will get in touch with you to discuss your request and to organise a sample.
Samples of stock items are free in most cases if you pick up. If you want it delivered, we generally charge $16.50 to cover postage and handling costs. Samples are subject to availability and charges may defer. Samples may be refused at our discretion.

For Custom Designs:
Unlike stock items, there is a lot more time and labour involved in making an original designed box to get it just the way you want it, therefore we generally charge $110 to make a custom sample. As we value your business with us, this cost is refundable against future orders. If you’re lucky, charges may be waived at our discretion.
