Where are you located?

Are our customers happy with our products and service?

Do you keep stock size cartons?

We keep an extensive range of office storage and warehouse cartons. All our other cardboard packaging solutions are made to order.

Can I have coloured cardboard?

Coloured cardboard is available in large quantity orders only, and will incur longer delivery times. For customers who require coloured solutions, please ring our office.

How do I get a sample?

For Stock Items:

1. Locate the item on our website and click to view the product’s detail.
2. On the product’s page there is a tab below called ‘Product Enquiry’. Click on that tab and fill in the form. Tick the checkbox to request a sample and press the ‘Submit’ button when you are finished.
3. We will get in touch with you to discuss your request and to organise a sample.

Samples of stock items are free in most cases if you pick up. If you want it delivered, we generally charge $16.50 to cover postage and handling costs, however, this charge is refundable against future orders. Samples are subject to availability and charges may defer. Samples may be refused at our discretion.

For Custom Designs:

Unlike stock items, there is a lot more time and labour involved in making an original designed box to get it just the way you want it, therefore we generally charge $110 to make a custom sample. As we value your business with us, this cost is refundable against future orders. If you’re lucky, charges may be waived at our discretion.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

How long will it take for an order to be delivered?

Off the shelf items ship within 24 hours to 72 hours, after payment. Custom made products within 7 - 10 days, frequently sooner.

Do you deliver to all locations in Australia?

Yes we do! However, delivery costs outside Melbourne metro area will be quoted separately as an additional charge. Delivery is based on cubic weight and each order is different. It is impossible to give a general delivery charge.

Why does transport cost vary from location to location?

This is a function of the courier and transport providers.

PAYMENT

Do we take credit cards for payment?

Yes we do. We accept MasterCard and Visa only. If you elect this option, then our office will contact you at payment time.

What other payment methods do you accept?

We also accept cheques, bank transfer payments and we can set up a trading account if your average annual purchases are likely to be over $3000.00. Please download our account application form.
