Customs Size & Dimension
Not every product fit into a standard box. That's why we create packaging tailored to your exact dimensions. With perfectly sized boxes, you can reduce wasted space, cut down on shipping costs, and ensure your products arrive safety. Besides, choosing the right box size mean that you are contributing for sustainability development goals. Whether you need small, medium, or oversized boxes, our team can design the right fit for your business.
Understanding Box Dimensions
When we say Length x Width x Height, here's what each term means:
- Length (L): The longest side of the box, measured along the opening.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the opening, measures from front to back
- Height (H): The distance from the top opening down to the bass
Example: 220mm (L) x 160mm (W) x 77mm (H)

All measurements are internal, therefore your product fits comfortably inside the box without wasted space.
We offer specialized box proportions for unique packaging needs:
- Tall boxes: ideal for bottles, tubes, posters, or rolled items
- Flat boxes: for books, artwork, and thin products
- Square boxes: balanced protection for compact-ore-shaped items
- Long boxes: for banners, rods, or extended products
Each design can be made from different board types, ensuring the right balance of strength, presentation, ans sustainability.
Why Custom Dimensions Matter
- Reduce empty space → lower freight and material costs
- Prevent product movement and damage
- Create a premium unboxing experience
- Support sustainability by minimizing excess packaging
