When will my order be processed
All orders are typically processed the very next business day and ready for dispatch typically within 7 working days. During periods of high demand such as Christmas, New Year and Mothers Day we still process you order the next business day.

Orders shipping to locations in Australia are dependent on the number of items ordered and your location.
The cost to ship to you will be displayed in the check and shown separately.
Places we cant deliver to
We like to get our product to where you are, but there are some places we just cant get to; such as PO Boxes. We need to deliver to a physical address.
International Shipping
We do not deliver internationally, aka outside Australia.
Costs displayed at check out
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kebet Packaging is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Misplaced orders, were here to help
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at accounts@kebet.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
